About Us

Matthew L. Howell lives and has been practicing law in southeast Mesa, Arizona, for over 15 years after having previously received licenses to practice law in Ohio and Michigan. He is a native of northeastern Ohio, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University in East Cleveland, Ohio, a law degree from Ohio Northern University and a masters in taxation law degree at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He specializes in the area of estate planning, probate, guardianship, conservatorship and trust law and is currently working on a text covering Arizona's pending Uniform Trust Code.
