is edited by Matthew L. Howell, who began his career as a trust officer

(1986).
8. Why should I be interested in acquiring
this work?--The editor believes that this work will serve as a valuable
reference to the increasingly ubiquitous uniform trust code, and to
a certain extent, assist in becoming more familiar with the statute
itself. It also provides tools to assist the practitioner in becoming
familiar with the statue. Finally, as the code matures in a variety
of jurisdictions, the developing law therein will be added through editorial
reference and analysis, making the work's reference value even more
significant.
